Meat and bone meal is a high-protein feed ingredient with high nutritional value. It can be used as an animal protein source in aquaculture and livestock feed, and is widely used in the feed industry.

This equipment uses slaughterhouse waste, diseased and dead cattle, sheep, and poultry from farms, as well as leftover meat, offal, and miscellaneous bones from canneries and meat processing plants as raw materials. The final product is obtained through processes such as crushing, high-temperature cooking and sterilization, pressing and defatting, drying, grinding, and cooling.

The meat and bone meal production line equipment includes a raw material crusher, a complete screw conveyor, a rotary cooler, a finished product storage silo, a pulverizer, packaging machinery, an exhaust gas treatment system, and electrical control components.

Process Principle: The material is heated to a temperature range of 185℃ to 200℃ to sterilize and cook the contact substances. The material bed withstands a pressure of 0.1 MPa to ensure thorough cooking and sterilization.
