Working Principle
Cleaned eggs are conveyed into mold slots on the conveyor belt. Upon reaching the cracking station, the shell is automatically cut; a clamping mechanism then pulls the shell halves apart, allowing the yolk and white to flow out. A separation unit isolates the egg white into a designated container while directing the yolk into another, achieving complete separation. Empty shells fall into a designated waste bin. The liquid egg is processed for immediate use, ensuring maximum freshness.
1. Rubber wheels transport the eggs to the egg-handling mechanism.
2. An egg-cracking claw grasps the incoming egg, and a blade underneath scores the shell; the claw then opens to split the shell in two, allowing the yolk and white to drop.
3. A separation track is used to divide the white and yolk after cracking; this track can be bypassed if separation is not required.
