After fresh bones mixed with meat are broken, sticky joints can form. Over time, bone fragments that do not pass through the screen can block the knife, preventing new bones from reaching the blade and breaking properly. It is especially recommended to regularly open the feed inlet and the screen to remove these bone fragments. This will improve cutting efficiency and extend the machine's service life.
