1. Send the material to the hopper from the conveyor or bucket elevator. The material is added from the higher end, and the heat carrier and the material flow together into the cylinder. As the cylinder rotates, the materials move to the lower end due to gravity. When the wet materials move forward in the barrel, they receive the heat from the heat carrier directly or indirectly, and the wet materials dry. Then, the wet materials are sent out through the discharge end via a belt conveyor or screw conveyor.
2. There is a lifting plate installed on the inner wall of the barrel of the drum dryer. Its function is to lift and scatter the materials, so as to increase the contact surface between the materials and the airflow, to increase the drying rate, and promote the advancement of the materials. After the heat carrier passes through the dryer, a cyclone dust collector is generally required to capture the materials in the gas (the heat carrier is generally divided into hot air, flue gas, etc.). If you need to further reduce the dust content of the exhaust gas, it should be discharged after passing through a bag dust collector or wet dust collector.
