1. The material enters the inner layer of the rotary drum from the feeding device to realize downstream drying. The material is continuously picked up and scattered under the lifting plate in the inner layer to achieve heat exchange in a spiral manner. The material moves to the other end of the inner layer and enters. In the middle layer, countercurrent drying is performed.
2. The material is continuously pushed forward repeatedly in the middle layer in a two-step-forward and one-step-back motion. The material in the middle layer fully absorbs the heat emitted by the inner roller and the heat of the middle roller, and at the same time prolongs the drying time. Optimum drying is achieved here.
3. The material travels to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer. The material travels in a rectangular multi-loop manner in the outer drum. The material that has achieved the drying effect travels quickly and is discharged from the drum under the action of hot air. The wet material that has not achieved the drying effect is lost due to its own weight. It cannot travel quickly, and the materials are fully dried in this rectangular copy plate, thereby completing the drying purpose.
