Steps for usage:
Feeding: Put the raw materials into the hopper of the continuous carbonization furnace.
Preheating: Start the equipment to preheat to ensure that the carbonization furnace reaches the appropriate operating temperature.
Continuous carbonization: The continuous carbonization process starts. The raw materials continue to flow in the equipment and pass through the high-temperature carbonization area to complete the carbonization process.
Exhaust gas treatment: Exhaust gas passes through the exhaust gas treatment system built into the equipment to reduce harmful gas emissions.
Collecting products: The carbonized products are collected at the equipment outlet and can be further used in energy production, agriculture, industry and other fields.

1. Wide range of materials, materials within 15mm can be carbonized by continuous carbonization furnace, such as rice shell carbonization, sawdust carbonization,coconut shell carbonization, and so on.
2. In the process of carbonization, the combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, methane and oxygen are recovered, purified and recycled, which will not pollute the environment.
3. The heat source for ignition heating is extensive (liquefied gas, natural gas, petroleum, diesel, wood, etc.), and there are 6 burners on the left and right sides of the machine to ensure uniform heating of the continuous carbonization furnace, and the carbonization effect is good.
4. The carbonization effect is good. After the carbonization of the material, the carbon content is above 80%, the calorific value is 7500-8000kcal/kg, and the residual ash after combustion is about 3%.
5. The water content is low, the water content of the finished carbon is less than 5%, and the water content of the general charcoal is about 10%.
6. The continuous carbonization furnace has a special wood tar and wood vinegar liquid collecting device. 1 ton of charcoal can produce 20-30 kg of wood tar and wood vinegar, which can be further processed after being collected.
7. The continuous carbonization furnace has adjustable speed. For different materials, the water content is different. The speed of the continuous carbonization furnace can be adjusted to ensure the best use effect. It can be turned 5-6 times per minute.
