1. Use a gasifier device to ignite sawdust, rice husk, and bamboo chips through the gasifier to produce flammable gas.

3. The combustible gas generated during the carbonization process is returned to the gas generated by the gasification furnace for purification, decomposition, recovery of wood tar, wood vinegar, and gas reuse.
4. Pull out the carbonized sealed can and cool it down
Push the installed sealed can of raw materials into the carbonization furnace to seal it, making full use of the temperature of the furnace body to save heating energy and reduce the heating process and time.
