Products Description
1. Wheel mill mixer, the disc is fixed on the vertical shaft, and it is driven to rotate by the motor after being decelerated by a reducer, a pulley and a pair of bevel gears.
2. There are two grinding wheels on the grinding plate, which are respectively movably sleeved on the horizontal shaft. The two ends of the horizontal shaft are supported on two bearings in the side brackets, and the middle part is movably sleeved on the vertical shaft. The housing of the bearing can slide up and down along the guide groove in the side bracket, so the height of the drum can be automatically adjusted up and down.
3. The material entering the machine is sent to the bottom of the roller by the scraper mounted on the beam for repeated crushing. Due to the centrifugal force and rolling effect, the crushed materials are thrown to the sieve plate of the outer ring of the grinding plate, and the qualified materials leak into the arc-shaped groove on the fixed chassis and then are scraped to the discharge port by the discharge scraper rotating together with the grinding plate unloaded.
4. Unqualified materials are sent to the bottom of the roller by the feeding scraper on the screen surface for further crushing. The particle size of the product can be controlled by adjusting the size of the sieve hole and the amount of feeding material.
