The wheel grinding mill machine is equipped with two grinding wheels, which are respectively movably set on the horizontal shaft. The two ends of the horizontal shaft are supported on two bearings in the side brackets, and the middle part is movably sleeved on the vertical shaft. The housing of the bearing can slide up and down along the guide groove in the side bracket, so the height of the drum can be automatically adjusted up and down. The material entering the machine is sent to the bottom of the roller by the scraper mounted on the beam for repeated crushing. Due to the centrifugal force and rolling effect, the crushed materials are thrown to the outer ring sieve plate of the grinding plate, and the qualified materials leak into the arc-shaped groove on the fixed chassis and are then scraped to the discharge port by the discharge scraper rotating together with the grinding plate to be unloaded. Unqualified materials are sent to the bottom of the roller by the feeding scraper on the screen surface to continue crushing. The particle size of the product can be controlled by adjusting the size of the sieve hole and the amount of feeding material. The dust from dry grinding is excessive, and many factories now use wet grinding, although the output of wet grinding is not as high as that of dry grinding.

A wheel grinding mill is a multi-functional machine integrating grinding and mixing. It is suitable for mixing various dry and wet materials and colloids such as refractory mud, clay, fly ash, tailings slag, slag, and molding sand. The working procedure involves the motor driving the planetary box on the vertical shaft. A set of mixing shovels is installed under each of the two ends of the planetary box. The mixing shovels revolve clockwise around the vertical shaft at a certain speed, while their respective shaft cores rotate counterclockwise. Additionally, the two grinding wheels roll the continuously turning materials clockwise. This working method simultaneously provides rolling, kneading, and stirring functions. It is characterized by fast and uniform mixing, no agglomeration, no dead angles, and low energy consumption. This grinding and mixing equipment ensures a good mixing effect, high production efficiency, remarkable energy-saving effect, no environmental pollution, and strong adaptability.
Application
This series of Wheel Grinding Mills is widely used in large, medium, and small foundries for mixing surface sand, core sand, and single sand. It can also be used for mixing and processing granular materials in industries such as building materials, chemicals, and refractory ceramics.
The roller sand mixer is used for mixing molding sand and core sand in the foundry. The motor is connected to the input shaft of the reducer by an elastic pin coupling. After three stages of deceleration, the output shaft drives the crosshead to rotate in the reverse direction of the clock. The curved arm fastened on the crosshead, the grinding wheel, and the inner and outer sand scraping plates rotate together with the crosshead. The mixing process of molding sand and core sand is completed through the action of the sand plate and the rolling and kneading of the grinding wheel.
The crosshead, crank arm, and rotating arm are all made of cast steel, which increases the service life of the machine. Due to reasonable parameters and an advanced structure, the machine has the advantages of high efficiency, low energy consumption, compact structure, beautiful appearance, stable operation, and no sand leakage.
