Alloy Forming Cylinder: Made from high-strength alloy material, it is resistant to high temperatures and wear, ensuring stable

Heating Coil: The entire machine is finely assembled, and the heating part is equipped with insulated ceramic sleeves at the

electrical connection points. The outer layer is shielded to prevent electric leakage, enhancing safety measures.

Process Flow: Customizable according to requirements

Biomass wood materials are first crushed into particles with a size of 1cm or less using a specialized crusher and stored.

The crushed materials are then fed into a drying machine for moisture drying, and once the drying process is completed,

they are collected and stored.

The dried materials are fed into the coconut charcoal making machine for molding, creating well-formed charcoal sticks

that are then stored.

The semi-finished charcoal sticks are placed into a carbonization furnace for high-temperature, oxygen-free carbonization,

resulting in the final product of machine-made charcoal.
