Rotary dryer, also known as drum drying equipment or drum dryer, is a type of drying equipment used in the mining industry. It is suitable for drying magnetic, heavy, and floating concentrates of both metal and non-metallic minerals, as well as clay in the cement industry, and coal slime in coal mining. Characterized by high productivity and ease of operation, the rotary drum dryer features a horizontal rotary cylinder. Inside, various lifting plates are welded in staggered arrangements at different angles from front to back. The rotary kiln body is lined with different types of refractory bricks according to requirements. The feed end is equipped with a door ring and a spiral copy board to prevent spillage. The dryer boasts a reasonable structure, excellent production, high output, low energy consumption, and convenient operation.

① Ignite the stove one hour before starting the dryer, and do the following checks before igniting the stove:
a. Check the stove and grate, check the feeding device and the transmission of the device;
b. Materials stuck in the charging funnel and ore flow trough;
c. Cinders in the combustion chamber and pit;
d. Check the furnace door air duct, regulating valve, and blower transmission;
② Before starting the dryer, you should make the following preparations:
a. Prepare all required fuel and tools;
b. Check and adjust the feeding device and protective equipment;
c. All bearings and friction surface lubrication devices should have an appropriate amount of lubricating oil;
③ If the mechanical equipment of the dryer is not checked, it is prohibited to operate the dryer;
④ The steps to start the dryer are as follows:
Turn on the dryer motor;
Start equipment for transporting wet and dry materials;
