Briquette Extruder Machine

 

The briquette extruder machine operates on the principle of spiral extrusion, compressing prepared pulverized coal into cylindrical or plum blossom shapes with specific strength. Serving as the primary equipment in the fuel-forming section, it extrudes fuel-pulverized coal into coal rods with defined strength levels (available in various shapes as required), replacing traditional lump coal and subsequently feeding into a gas generator for combustion. This process maximizes the utilization of pulverized coal, reducing overall fuel costs effectively.

The machine employs a variable-pitch impeller to forcefully push coal powder from the rear of the barrel forward. Once compressed within the barrel, the coal powder is extruded through a round hole in the front head, forming coal sticks of various shapes based on the hole design. As these coal rods advance, they naturally break due to gravity, completing the production process seamlessly.

Raw Materials: The briquette extruder machine accepts various raw materials, typically with a size below 3mm. Commonly used materials include coal powder, charcoal powder, bamboo powder, graphite powder, and more.

Molds: The machine offers molds in different shapes such as square, rectangle, hexagon, circle, and more. Custom molds can also be manufactured according to specific requirements.

Final Products: The produced briquettes come in various shapes, sizes, and configurations, which can also be customized as per specific needs and preferences. This versatility ensures flexibility in meeting different application demands.

 

Use and maintenance of Briquette extruder machine:

Pre-shift Check: Before starting each shift, ensure that rotating parts are flexible and there are no abnormal noises. Run the machine for 2 to 3 minutes before starting production.

Raw Material Preparation: Process raw materials to a particle size below 3mm. Add water, binder, and curing agent, and allow the mixture to rest and ferment for 24 hours before use.

Clearing Blockages: If the discharge port gets blocked, use wooden or bamboo strips for clearance. Avoid using metal rods to prevent damage.

Lubrication: Regularly lubricate bearings in rotating parts with appropriate lubricating oil. Ensure the temperature of bearing parts does not exceed 60 degrees Celsius.

Shutdown Procedure: Stop feeding material before stopping the machine. Allow the cylinder to finish squeezing out material before turning off the machine. After work, disassemble the machine head, clean it, and reinstall it for the next use.

Preventing Overload: Install an ammeter and voltmeter to monitor motor load. Adjust feed volume and water content based on ammeter readings to prevent motor overload.
