As the mixed materials pass through a fully enclosed high-intensity magnetic field at a controlled speed, metals and magnetic impurities are precisely separated from clean grains.

The working principle of the magnetic separator relies on the difference in iron content between grains and clods. As the material passes through a sealed, high-intensity magnetic field at an optimal speed, the grains and clods are thrown out at different distances due to varying magnetic attraction. This difference causes the grains and clods to fall into separate areas, achieving effective separation.
