Structure
The names and functions of each part of Silage Baler and Wrapper:
1. Tray mechanism and traction part:
Disk frame mechanism: Located at the bottom of the entire machine, it is used to carry components such as the wall plate mechanism, transmission mechanism, winding mechanism, and material picking mechanism.
Pulling and dragging mechanism: It is mainly used to move the machine in the workplace so that the operator can move the machine quickly and conveniently. The mechanism is connected to the disk frame through a pin, which can facilitate the adjustment of the drag direction.
2. Loading mechanism: assembled at the lower part of the front end of the machine.
The feeding mechanism quickly feeds the forage into the working chamber of the baler through a conveyor belt. The operator should load materials at a constant speed and evenly.
3. Main transmission mechanism: assembled in the middle part of the left and right wall panels.
The main transmission mechanism is the main component used to complete the bale-forming work of the bundled forage. It consists of 30 aluminum alloy round rollers with herringbone patterns; each of these round rollers has a sprocket at the outer end of the central axis and is connected by three hanging chains. They are driven by the input spindle at the lower end of the wall plate and the sprockets on both sides of the spindle and rotate together to complete the compaction and shaping of bales of forage.
An opening hook is installed below the boundary between the movable wall panel and the fixed wall panel. After completing the bundling work, pull the opening handle to open the bin and unbundle it.
4． Wire winding and binding mechanism: assembled between the two wall panels on the upper part of the front end.
The wire winding and binding mechanism is used to complete the wire winding and binding work of the forage after being bundled. When the signal wheel has rotated at a constant speed, the feeding should be stopped; pulling the wire feeding clutch handle and feeding a small amount of material at the same time can automatically complete the bundling process. When the bundling is completed and the cord is cut, the warehouse opening handle can be activated to open the warehouse and take out the bundle. There is a transmission chain in the main box of the reciprocating winding. There is a set of spare guide pins on the back of its working surface. If the working pin is worn or broken, it can be used in reverse.
