Working Principle
1. This machine is a comprehensive primary corn processing equipment composed of four main systems: the peeling system, crushing system, grading system, and wind net dust removal system. It also features a special current display system, allowing the internal pressure of the machine working room and the peeling effect of the material to be easily observed. Additionally, an automatic adjustment system for the output has been integrated, ensuring the machine operates under optimal conditions at all times. It stands as the most advanced corn grain processing equipment available.
2. When corn, rice, wheat, etc., enter the peeling chamber from the hopper, they advance toward the exit under the rotating push of the pusher ribs. In the peeling chamber, due to the gradual reduction of the working chamber volume and the influence of mechanical resistance, the density between rice grains increases accordingly. This strengthens the extrusion and friction functions within the machine, as the rollers are continually flipped and pushed. The resulting friction and peeling between the components prevent the rice grains from being removed.
3. The cleaned corn kernels enter the crushing system, where they are crushed and advanced by the traction clutch crushing device. During this process, the material is separated automatically to obtain corn flour, large corn grits, and small corn grits. Subsequently, the product passes through the air net dust removal system, where it is cleaned and dust is removed. The resulting product exhibits a bright color and excellent taste.
