When the density is high, the inert roller above the movable bin and the signal wheel on the left will rotate evenly. At this time, the signal light above the machine will flash continuously to remind the operator to stop feeding, and the operator will move the winding clutch handle.

 

1. The machine starts to reciprocate the rope tying. After wrapping the rope once, the hemp rope is automatically cut off, and the warehouse is immediately opened to release the bale. The bale falls directly onto the rotating frame of the wrapping machine. Pull the film out by hand, start the rotating button, and the rotating frame drives the straw. When the bale rotates, the operator should quickly and simultaneously press the film toward the bale, rotate it once as the bale rotates, and then let go immediately.

2. The pasture film is gradually wrapped around the bale layer by layer, and the bale automatically rotates with the rotating frame. When the film reaches the set number of layers, the clutch automatically disengages, the rotating frame stops, and the operator moves between the bale and the film transfer frame. Cut off the pasture film, press the broken end of the pasture film into the overlapping end of the bale, use one person to move the wrapped bale into a trolley, push it away, and place it neatly.
