Products Description
Peanuts are fed into the machine manually. They first pass through the de-stoner, which removes any stones. The peanuts then move to the sieves. Due to the friction between the rotor and the screen, the peanut kernels and shells are separated. The kernels and shells fall through the screen, passing by an air tube where most of the peanut shells are blown out of the machine. The peanut kernels and any remaining small peanuts with shells proceed to the gravity table. Here, the peanut kernels move to the top and exit through the final outlet, while the small peanuts with shells move to the bottom and are sent to the elevator for a second shelling.

Working Principle
Once the machine is operating normally, peanuts are fed into the hopper in a measured, even, and continuous manner. The peanut shells are then broken through repeated blows, friction, and impact from the rotor. The peanuts and shells are subjected to pressure and blow from the rotating rotor, passing through a sieve with appropriately sized holes. Larger peanuts are first threshed with a larger sieve, and smaller peanuts are separated using a smaller sieve in the second stage. The fan's force blows the lighter peanut shells out of the machine, while the kernels are cleaned through the vibrating screen to achieve the desired cleaning effect.
