This Maize Grinding And Milling Machine is a compact combination equipment for processing maize and other grains, integrating peeling, polishing, grits making, flour production, and product grading with wind selection. For example, with maize, clean raw grains are fed into the inlet, where they undergo peeling, degerming, and removal of black spots. The machine processes the maize in one step into peeled corn kernels, which are then ground and graded into three final products: medium grits, small grits (corn grits), and corn flour. The built-in suction chamber not only collects husks and impurities during the peeling process but also cleans out fine powder and impurities from the grits during the grinding stage. Working Principle
Principle of the Equipment:
When corn enters the peeling chamber from the hopper, it is pushed towards the outlet by the rotating ribs. As the volume of the working chamber gradually decreases and the resistance from the machine parts increases, the density of the corn kernels increases. The extrusion and friction inside the machine intensify, causing the drum to continuously flip and push the corn, enhancing the friction and peeling effect between the machine components. As a result, the corn kernels are thoroughly peeled. The peeled kernels then enter the crushing system, where they are further processed by a traction-type clutch crushing device, moving through the crushing process and into the grading system. Through automatic separation, large corn grits, small corn grits, or corn flour can be obtained. Following this, the wind network dust removal system cleans and removes dust, resulting in products with bright colors and good taste. Additionally, the general corn peeling and grits-making machine can also be used for crushing crops like rice, wheat, and sorghum.
