The high-quality paddy separator machine, also known as a rice separator machine, is mainly used in the rice milling production line between the rice huller and the rice milling machine. It is designed with multiple layers of sieves to separate paddy rice from brown rice, then directs them to different processing steps for further handling.

Working Principle
The paddy separator machine operates based on the difference in gravity between paddy rice and brown rice. Paddy rice needs to be properly hulled before being fed into the rice milling machine to produce white rice.
After passing through the rice huller, some paddy may remain unhulled. The paddy rice separator machine separates these unhulled grains and sends them back to the huller to be processed again. This process is repeated until all the paddy is properly hulled, and the hulled brown rice is then fed into the rice milling machine to produce white rice.
