1. Install the motor according to the power supplied. The outer ends of the mower wheel and the motor wheel must be on the same plane. The tension of the belt must be adjusted appropriately and should not be too loose or too tight.

2. Install the feed hopper, check whether the fastening screws of each component are loose, cover the machine cover, tighten the gland bolts, and turn the pulley by hand to see if it rotates flexibly. There must be no friction or collision.

3. After the installation is completed, add a small amount of lubricating oil to the slide oil pipe, gear, and cross slide, and then perform the idling test. Pay attention to whether the steering is correct. Once it is confirmed, you can operate normally.

4. Regularly check the fastening bolts of each component, especially the movable knife, bed knife, and fastening bolts to ensure they are not loose. Add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the oil pipe, gear, and cross slide of the skateboard regularly, usually every 2-3 hours.
