This 2-in-1 feed grinder and mixer is a vertical type, saving space and reducing costs. It automatically absorbs raw materials and feeds them into the machine, making the process fully automatic.

This feed grinder mixer is primarily used to crush and mix various raw materials for producing poultry feed.

The crushing part features a hammer mill grinder that automatically absorbs the raw materials, while the mixing part uses a vertical screw conveyor for feeding.

This vertical animal feed crusher and mixer machine combines a conveyor, feed crusher, and feed mixer into one piece of equipment, allowing it to occupy minimal space while offering high cost efficiency.

The production capacity ranges from 500 to 2,000 kilograms per hour, making it ideal for small poultry farms or home use to produce powdered animal feed. It is often used in conjunction with a feed pellet machine to create a small feed pellet production plant. This machine consists of two parts: a crushing structure and a mixing structure：

Crushing structure: There are two feeding methods: automatic or manual. When raw materials enter the crushing chamber, the hammer blades strike and the air current washes over the materials, crushing them into powder or granules. Under the action of centrifugal air, the granular particles pass through the sieve holes and enter the impeller housing.

Material mixing structure: As the thruster rotates, the material is pushed into the material pipe by the force generated in the hammer chamber. The material is lifted to the top of the chamber, where it is thoroughly mixed from top to bottom and rotated from left to right by air currents, ensuring even mixing of all materials.

1. It mainly consists of 9FQ feed hammer mills and SMJ series vertical mixers with a cyclone.

2. The specially designed discharger has a large door-opening angle, allowing for quick discharging with minimal residue.

3. It offers high mixing speed and homogeneity. Materials are mixed uniformly, and the process is not affected by bulk density or the filling degree in a loss-weight state.
