1. The machine can be fixed on a wooden square frame, iron frame, or cement frame, or installed on the tractor motor tricycle, but the operation safety must be guaranteed firmly when fixed.

2. When the grinder and motor are installed, the two axes must be parallel and the outer end faces of the two belt wheels must be on the same plane. The motor should be installed with adjustable glands, and the belt should be properly adjusted, not too loose or too tight.

3. Powder connecting device: A material bag with a diameter of 0.5 meters and a length of 3 meters shall be sewn. When the bag is connected to the appropriate material, the powder shall be produced immediately for continuous operation. Three assembly methods can be adopted for the installation of wind housing according to different conditions.

4. Check whether the bearing grease is hardened or deteriorated. In case of hardening or deterioration, clean the bearing with clean oil and replace it with new calcium-based grease.

5. After installation, check whether there is any foreign body in the machine and whether the cotter pin on the pin shaft is reliable. Cover the machine and tighten the handwheel: turn the belt wheel by hand to avoid friction or collision, and check whether the power machine is turning correctly.

6. After completion of installation, do an idle test to observe the correctness of installation.

Operation rules

5. When the feeding mouth is blocked, it is forbidden to force feeding with hands, hard wooden sticks, or iron bars.

6. Idle for 2 or 3 minutes when the machine is stopped, and remove the remaining material.

1. The main wear parts of this series are hammer pieces, which are manufactured by special technology and assembled in a staggered balance pattern. The weight difference between the two groups of rotary pieces is not more than 5 grams. When the edges and corners of the rotary pieces are blunt, the edges and corners should be changed or turned around, or the new rotary pieces should be replaced. Replacement must be done in full, especially for homemade or unreliable rotary pieces. Otherwise, it will cause severe vibration of the main engine, affect the production, and accelerate the damage of bearing and service life.
