1. The raw materials are delivered to the feeding tray, where the high-speed spinning blade drum and fixed blades break them down, separating the fibers and residues. The fibers, separated from the residues, then fall onto the conveyor belt for the next process.

2. The extracted fibers are transported to the dewatering and polishing machine, where they are cleaned and any remaining residues are removed.

3. Next, the fibers are fed into a combing machine, where a high-speed rotating comb drum with staggered steel pins combs them into straight shapes, removing any adhering impurities.

4. Finally, the finished fibers can be compressed and packed by a hydraulic vertical baler.

The raw materials are fed into the feeding mechanism of the scraper, either automatically or manually. The feeding mechanism then delivers the raw materials into the knife ball. The high-speed rotating knife ball, in combination with the fixed knife, is used to break down the mesophyll of the raw material and separate the fibers. The separated fibers fall onto the conveyor belt and are then sent to the next step.
