The main process flow of fishmeal production line

The proposal is flexible designed as clients' requirements:

1. the necessary equipment: fish grinder- fish cooking&pressing machine-fishmeal dryer-fishmeal cooling screening machine-fishmeal crusher-fishmeal packaging machine

2. the optional equipment: fish oil treatment devices and waste gas treatment system

3. if the raw materials is less than 10cm, the fish grinder is not necessary.

Usage of finished fish meal

Fish meal can be used to make livestock feed, poultry feed, PET feed, fish food feed, etc., to improve the protein content and
nutrition of the feed. Thereby improving immunity, solving the problems of the slow growth of poultry and livestock, poor absorption
of protein, and lack of protein, as well as increasing the production of chickens, ducks, and goose eggs, the hardness of
eggshells, and improving the brightness of pet hair.
Poultry feed increased by 3%-6% fish meal, livestock feed increased by 3%-8% fish meal, pet feed increased by 6%-22% fish meal,
and aquatic feed increased by 18%-60% fish meal.
