The pumpkin seeds harvester is connected to a small four-wheel tractor through a suspension mechanism. The power of the tractor is transmitted to the stirring wheel shaft of the machine through the transmission shaft. Through the action of the sprocket and chain, the power is gradually and continuously distributed to the separation shaft, crushing shaft, cleaning shaft, etc. Select the wheel and other shaft systems, and the machine will start to rotate. While working:

a) Manually feed the south claw into the machine feed hopper;

b) Break it into pieces under the action of the crushing shaft;

c) The crushed pumpkins are transported to the separation cylinder under the action of the inclined surface of the crushing box;

d) Under the stirring action of the separation shaft, the melon rind and part of the pulp are discharged from the separation cylinder, and the melon seeds and melon waterfall into the mixing wheel box through the separation screen;

e) Under the action of the stirring wheel shaft, melon seeds, and pulp are fed into the cleaning barrel;

f) Through the rotation of the cleaning shaft, the melon seeds, melon water, and a small amount of melon pulp are further separated and cleaned;

g) The melon seeds pass through the seed outlet under the squeeze of the cleaning shaft;
