Fishmeal is a nutrient-rich and high protein supplement feed ingredient used primarily in diets for
domestic animals and sometimes used as a high-quality organic fertilizer.
It is high quality feed for different kinds animal such as dog, cat, cattle, fish, duck, chicken, the final meal can be easy digestion, absorbed nutrition can reach 90% or more, very good choice for many different
animal feed!
Fish meal is made of the following raw material : whole fish ,different kinds fresh fish, fish heads, fish sausage and offals, different size shrimps, wet-handling feathers, livestock slaughtering
offals, different kinds animal organs.
It is a brown powder by rendering pressing the cooked whole fish or fish trimmings to remove most of the fish oil and water, and then ground. What remains is the "fishmeal".
This fish meal production line is specially design and manufacture for our customers who want to process leftovers like fish head, fish sausages and offals, also can deal with small whole fresh fish, the whole production line has a compact structure, good-looking appearance, easy operate and good performance.

1. Fitting with Clutch, the Drier could be directly restarted with loading when sudden-stop during operation, avoid emptying inside materials.

2. With steam jacket, increase drying area, properly improve drying efficient, to assure material drying adequately.

3. Compression handles, compact structure, convenient open & shut.

4. The Main shaft is made of super thick quality seamless pipe.

5. By means of drainage system, take condensate back to boiler, therefore improve boiler efficiency, meanwhile reduce energy consumption.

6. With steel foundation, no concrete foundation, changeable installation position.
