Automatic Rice Huller

Paddy first enters the machine through the vibrating sieve and magnet device, then passes through the rubber roller for hulling. After air blowing and jetting into the milling room, the paddy completes the husking and milling processes successively. The husk, unripe paddy, and white rice are then expelled from the machine separately. The dust collector gathers the fine rice husk.

During operation, the automatic rice huller first pours paddy into the hopper and runs idle for about 5 minutes. Then, the baffle is slowly pulled open for flow rate adjustment-stop at an appropriate level and secure it. The paddy then enters the machine through the feed inlet and is pushed forward axially by the screw conveyor. Due to resistance from the outlet pressure gate, the rice grains generate pressure and undergo friction-based husking under the action of the roller. Once the desired polishing level is achieved, the rice is discharged from the outlet.

Simultaneously, the high-pressure air generated by the blower passes through the spindle's inner bore and is injected into the milling chamber via the roller's slits. The bran is carried by the airflow into the bran hopper, where the crusher grinds both the husk and bran during milling and discharges them into the bran collection bag. This process also removes some of the heat generated during polishing, enhancing the whitening effect.

The polishing precision is controlled by the pressure spring of the resistance mechanism, which is adjustable. The cleanliness of the finished rice depends on the position of the airflow control handle on the right side of the rice outlet, regulating the air volume. If the airflow is too strong, rice grains may be sucked into the bran; if too weak, the finished rice may contain residual bran. Adjust it appropriately based on actual conditions to ensure complete separation of bran and rice.
