The SB series Rice Hulling Machine is a complete paddy processing solution. The paddy first enters through a vibrating sieve and magnetic device, then moves through rubber rollers for hulling. After air blowing and jetting into the milling chamber, the paddy completes husking and milling sequentially. The machine then separately discharges husks, chaff, immature grains, and white rice. Incorporating all advantages of various machine types, it features an optimized layout, rational design, compact structure and quiet operation. Easy to operate with low power consumption and high efficiency, it produces premium white rice exceeding National Standard Grade 1 quality - with minimal chaff content and broken grains. Then husk, unripe paddy,and white rice are expelled out of the machine respectively. The dust collector collects the fine rice husk.
