Working Principle
The Automatic Rice Destoner Machine is designed to efficiently separate stones from grains by making use of the density difference between crops and impurities. It is equipped with a high-precision multi-blade fan that adjusts air pressure to suspend lighter grains, while the heavier stones settle onto the stainless-steel mesh surface. By fine-tuning the vibration frequency of the working table, the separation process becomes accurate and reliable.
With its inverter control system, the machine allows precise adjustments, ensuring effective stone removal even when the density difference between grains and stones is minimal. This makes it an ideal solution for rice mills and grain processing plants seeking high efficiency and clean output.

Workflow
The process begins as wheat is fed through the hopper into the thresher for initial threshing. From there, the material is transferred via the bucket elevator into the pre-cleaner, where oversized and undersized impurities are quickly removed. The cleaned seeds then fall into the air-screen chamber, which effectively removes dust and light impurities. A large air-screen chamber ensures maximum cleaning efficiency.
Next, the material enters the gravity separator, where damaged, immature, insect-infested, or diseased seeds are carefully removed. After gravity separation, the seeds move on to the two-in-one vibrating sifting box, which eliminates both large and small impurities.
For customers requiring more advanced sorting, the system can be equipped with a four-layer sifting box, which not only removes impurities but also classifies seeds into three grades-large, medium, and small-according to size. This flexible configuration ensures higher purity and more precise grading, meeting the needs of different seed processing operations.
