The seed cleaning machine consists of a frame, lifting system, seed distribution box, air screen, vibrating screen, dust collector, seed outlets, and control cabinet. Seeds are first fed into the elevator hopper and lifted to the distribution box, where they are evenly directed onto the air screen. Here, light impurities are separated from the seeds by airflow and discharged through the cyclone valve. The remaining seeds then pass into the vibrating screen box, where large impurities, small impurities, and high-quality seeds are separated by different-sized sieves under vibration, and discharged through their respective outlets.
