The automatic paddy transplanter fully imitates the manual transplanting action. The seedling spacing and transplanting depth can be adjusted, with 240 evenly spaced rows controlled automatically, achieving the same effect as manual transplanting. Weighing less than 20 kilograms and operating without power, the machine is manually operated, simple, and durable. It can transplant 0.5–0.8 acres per hour.
This transplanter does not require special seedlings; traditional seedling raising methods can be used. Compared to other rice transplanters, it saves seedling costs and is suitable for factories that do not use mud seedling growing.

Structure
The automatic paddy transplanter is mainly composed of three parts: the motor, the running gear, and the transplanting device. The rice transplanter in the Philippines includes the seedling tray, the seedling tray shifter, and multiple pickup forks. The seedling tray resembles a shed roof, where mat-type rice nurseries are placed.
When the rice transplanter is brought into the field, the seedlings are loaded onto the seedling trays. The tray shifts seedlings like the carriage of a typewriter, allowing the pickup forks to collect the seedlings from the tray and plant them into the soil. The pickup forks mimic human hands by taking seedlings from the tray and pressing them into the ground.
