Silage Chopper Machine

This Silage Chopper Machine automatically feeds the material through the conveyor belt to flatten, longitudinally cut, squeeze, and crush the straw. This process destroys the hard stem nodes on the surface of the straw and converts it into silk-like forage. This forage is palatable for livestock, retains its nutrients, and is easy for them to digest and absorb.

The straw kneading machine transports the materials to be processed to the crushing chamber via a conveyor. Inside the chamber, the materials are crushed by the high-rotating hammer interacting with the kneading plate. The crushed materials are then thrown outwards by the throwing blades. Additionally, the feeding hopper is equipped with a multi-hole spray device, allowing for adjustment of the moisture content and crushing degree of the material.

Application:

This machine is suitable for crushing and processing crop straws such as cotton stalks, corn stalks, wheat straw, and tree bark. It can crush various crop straws with a length of 100-300mm to about 50mm and can be used in papermaking, breeding, straw power generation, and other fields. The material processed by the modified machine is soft and non-hardening, which improves the palatability of livestock and maximizes feed utilization.

This machine adopts the multi-knife cutting principle and can grind various straws, fresh straws, and bark into the ideal powder according to the needs. The processing speed is 4-5 tons per hour, with supporting power ranging from 2.2 to 45KW, and voltage set at 380V. In terms of large-scale kneading machine technology, our factory has addressed previous deficiencies, making it more comprehensive. After six months of repeated experiments and practical operations, our factory finally resolved this technical challenge.
