Working Principle of Rotary Dryer Machine

1. Feed the material from the conveyor or the bucket elevator to the hopper, the material is added from the higher end, and the heat carrier and the material flow into the cylinder together. As the cylinder rotates, the material moves to the lower end by gravity. During the forward movement of the wet material in the cylinder, the heat of the heat carrier is directly or indirectly obtained, so that the wet material is dried, and then sent out at the discharge end by a belt conveyor or a screw conveyor.
2. A lifting plate is arranged on the inner wall of the drum dryer cylinder, and its function is to raise and sprinkle the material so that the contact surface of the material and the airflow is increased to increase the drying rate and promote the advancement of the material. After the heat carrier passes through the dryer, a cyclone is generally required to collect the materials contained in the gas (the heat carrier is generally classified into hot air, flue gas, etc.).
