Working Principle

1. The main machine adopts a multi-cylinder linkage structure, including hydraulic cylinders such as the main cylinder, side cylinder, cover cylinder, and block turning cylinder.

2. The main hydraulic cylinder pushes the machine head to move forward and backward, the side cylinder pushes the machine head up and down, the cover cylinder drives the cover plate to open and close, and the turning cylinder pushes the turning mechanism to turn the material.

3. The entire extrusion process is divided into three stages. As an important driving mechanism of the press, the hydraulic system mainly enables the press to complete the extrusion, cover pressing and turning of waste materials. It is mainly composed of hydraulic cylinders, oil cylinders, oil pumps, hydraulic motors and various valves.

4. The packaging material is placed in the material box of the packaging machine, and the garbage material is compressed into various packaging blocks through the hydraulic cylinder.
