It is widely used in ceramic industrial production to prepare plastic blanks by coarse grinding and fine grinding. Since the vacuum pug mill and the vacuum pump use slurry together, after mixing and extrusion, the plastic slurry is extruded into thin strips through the grid plate, and then enters the vacuum chamber for vacuum degassing.

This vacuum pug mill is mainly composed of a motor, reducer, wheel pair, bearing seat, seamless steel pipe with a diameter of 273, spiral rotor, conical cover, bracket, and base. The reducer part adopts a two-stage reduction device in which spur gears cooperate with worm gears and worm gears. The base and bracket are welded with 12# channel steel. The spiral rotor is made of 80 mm diameter seamless steel pipe and 6 mm steel plate forging and welding. The outlet of the conical cover can be made of different calibers.

 

The vacuum pug mill injects mud from the feed port. The mud is first rolled and kneaded by the feed screw, then rolled and extruded by the double-axis screw, and the surface area of ​​the mud is expanded by the screen plate. The contained and adsorbed gas is extracted by the vacuum pump, and the mud is pushed forward while being degassed. When it reaches the vacuum chamber, the gas is basically discharged, and then under the strong push of the extrusion screw, the mud is squeezed into the conical cylinder of the machine head, finally squeezed out from the nozzle, and then cut into the mud section of the required size by the roller table.
