Feeding Section:
The feeding system is composed of a cotton board wrapped with metallic card clothing, creating a strong grip. To enhance the holding force between the rollers and the cotton board and reduce wear in the opening area, alloy copper plates are embedded at critical positions.

Opening Section:
The high-speed rotating main cylinder works together with the cotton board to thoroughly tear and open the fed material. Depending on the type of scraps used by different customers, the metal card clothing on the main cylinder is precisely designed with strict requirements for tooth density, height, depth, pitch, and angle to ensure optimal performance.

Discharging Section:
The opened fibers are collected at the bottom of the machine and discharged through a powerful fan via the output duct. Additional pipelines can be connected for direct delivery to designated locations.
