This polyester fiber opening machine has a simple structure and mainly consists of a conveyor belt, fiber opening rollers, a control panel, and a fiber outlet. It is capable of loosening raw cotton and is used for 2D/3D screw cotton, PP cotton, doll cotton, and ordinary hollow cotton. It provides uniform opening and fluffiness with a single pass, achieving a fiber opening rate of more than 90%.

The final fiber after opening is used for making feather jackets, feather pillows, feather blankets, toys, sofas, cushions, and similar products. This cotton opening machine is mostly used in factories for toys, sofas, bedding, garments, and fiber products.

Features of Polyester Fiber Opening Machine

This polyester fiber opening machine adopts one big roller and multiple small rollers rotating and engaging with each other (big roller rotating speed: 1400 rpm, small rollers rotating speed: 300 rpm). Raw cotton can be loosened up to tens of thousands of times without damage, and the opening rate can reach up to 98% in one pass.

The machine adopts an automatic cotton feeding device, ensuring safe operation and continuous production with a low breakdown rate.

Before the polyester fiber opening machine, an automatic cotton feeder can be connected to reduce manual feeding costs. After the polyester fiber opening machine, a fiber filling machine can be connected to achieve an automatic fiber production line.

The machine has a wide application, suitable for 0.7D-3D fiber cotton loosening and combing, and also suitable for making pearl cotton balls. The final products are of uniform size, soft to the touch, and have good elasticity.

● The machine adopts imported skid conveyor belts and has a widened width for cotton filling. The length of the conveyor belt supports customization.
