Working Principle
The rebar coiling machine consists of an electric motor, hydraulic components (oil pump, hydraulic motor, electronic valve, oil tank, oil pipes, etc.), a pre-adjustment wheel, a straightening gearbox, a coiling assembly, a cutting assembly, and a numerical control electrical control program. The PLC mainboard starts and controls the electric motor, which drives the oil pump. This activates the hydraulic components, which in turn drive the straightening gearbox, propelling the material forward. The material is coiled at the coiling assembly, and then the cutting cylinder moves upward to cut the material, completing the operation.
