Working Principle
The Non-ferrous metal sorting machine is designed based on the principle of induced current generated in a conductor in a high-frequency alternating magnetic field. During operation, a high-frequency alternating magnetic field is generated on the surface of the sorting magnetic roller. When conductive non-ferrous metals pass through the magnetic field, eddy currents are induced within them. These eddy currents themselves generate a magnetic field in the opposite direction to the original magnetic field. The non-ferrous metals (such as copper and aluminum) are then propelled forward along their transport direction due to the repulsive force of the magnetic field, achieving separation from other non-conductors or non-metallic substances, thus achieving the purpose of sorting.
