1, Basic operation principles of shredder:

2, Preparation before start up:

1. The outgoing line of each motor is connected to the electric control cabinet according to the serial number marked on the wire head, and the air switch of the main line of the control cabinet is connected with three wires.

2. Before the reducer works, N220 intermediate pressure gear oil must be added. The amount of oil added should be from the observation hole too.

Starting principle of shredder system:

1. Peripheral equipment first and then main equipment;

2. First auxiliary equipment and then processing equipment.

Boot program:

Start the switch of the electric control cabinet, run for one minute, check that the machine is normal, and then start feeding.

1. After the shredder is started, check the ammeter pointer. If the ammeter pointer returns from the maximum value to the minimum value, the feeding will be started if there are five abnormal conditions. Each start-up mode must ensure that the shredder main machine operates normally and the current is stable before feeding;

2. After the main engine operates normally without load, add a little material first, and observe the working condition and discharging condition of the main engine. Do not put too much material at once. After there is no abnormality, start feeding slowly. Always observe the working sound of the reducer and motor to keep the normal operation of the reducer and motor.

3. According to the main motor current, gradually increase the feeding amount until the main motor current reaches and stabilizes at 85% - 95% of the rated value;

4. Pay attention to the change of current at any time in the grinding process, and adjust the feeding amount in time to ensure the best load

5. During the operation, the operator should check the particle size of the torn materials at any time, and stop the machine to check if there is any abnormality;

6. It is strictly forbidden to climb on the frame of the shredder during crushing;

7. In the normal production process, do not open the belt protective cover to prevent accidents.
