Hydraulic Sheet Metal Shear

Our company produces gantry shears with a tonnage range of 200 to 1800 tons and standard models with shear opening widths ranging from 600 to 2800mm. These shears are suitable for processing various materials including light and thin steel, steel bars, steel plates, nickel plates, round steel, steel pipes, scrap copper, and scrap steel. They are also capable of crushing and processing heavy scrap and entangled materials that cannot be handled by conventional scrap steel crushing equipment, such as scrap iron, light metal structural parts, stainless steel, automobile bodies, aluminum alloys, copper materials, iron filings, steel wires, and metal briquettes.

Our gantry shears are equipped with a new electro-hydraulic control system and enhanced oil cylinders, allowing for a working efficiency of up to 3-5 times per minute, depending on the model. The equipment structure mainly consists of a shear blade, quantitative feeding mechanism, material pre-pressure mechanism, oil pump, and control system, enabling precise and efficient shearing of materials.
