The Cable Wire Granulator Machine operates through a series of processes, including crushing, grinding, air separation, and screening, to efficiently separate scrap wires and cables into high-purity copper granules and plastic particles.

Waste cables are first fed into the hopper, where they undergo primary crushing. The material is then conveyed to a secondary crusher for further size reduction. After crushing, the mixed material passes through an air separation system, which separates the copper granules from the plastic based on differences in material density. Finally, the separated materials are screened and processed through a dust collection system to produce clean copper granules and plastic particles with high separation purity.
