Working Principle

Waste paper is added to the pulper and water is added to the pulp storage tank. The pulp in the pulp storage tank is stirred evenly by a mixer and transported to the pulp supply tank. The pulp in the pulp supply tank is stirred to a certain concentration and transported to the egg crate making machine. The molding machine produces egg trays to the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt passes through the dryer to dry the egg trays. Finally, the trays are collected and packaged. In addition, the unused water in the molding machine can be pumped to the return water tank through a vacuum pump. The return water tank can transport water to the pulper and the pulp storage tank, so that the water can be recycled.

Working Flow

1. Put the prepared raw materials, such as waste paper boxes, newspapers, etc., into the hydraulic pulper for pulping. Pulp fibers are formed under the shear force and friction of the water flow, and the prepared pulp is introduced into the pulp storage tank for standby.
2. The pulp in the pulp storage tank is introduced into the first homogenization tank, and the impurities in the pulp are filtered out at the same time to adjust the pulp concentration.
3. The pulp with adjusted concentration is introduced into the second homogenization tank for the second stirring treatment. Pigments or waterproofing agents and other materials can be added as needed and fully stirred.
4. The pulp supply pump pumps the prepared pulp into the egg crate making machine for molding.
5. When the egg crate making machine is molding, the water in the pulp will be extracted by the vacuum pump, and the extracted sewage will be discharged into the sewage pool.
6. The sewage in the sewage pool can be recycled, and the sewage is introduced into the hydraulic pulper or the homogenization pool for pulping through the sewage pump.
7. The tray wet fiber layer attached to the mold surface is about 2.5mm thick, which contains about 75% of water and needs to be sent to the drying line (temperature 120-180℃) to remove water.
8. The finished egg trays after drying are packed and stored.
