This dry ice cleaning machine is primarily used to remove rust and stubborn adhesive residues from machinery and equipment. The dry ice hopper features a newly added agitation unit to prevent clumping, effectively avoiding blockages during operational pauses. Solid dry ice particles are propelled by compressed air to blast the workpiece surface; upon impact, the particles sublimate directly, leaving no water or chemical residues and generating no secondary pollutants.

The dry ice deburring machine's applications include cleaning rosin flux from circuit boards, mold cleaning, PCB cleaning, deburring mobile phone mid-frames and metal casings, mold industry deburring, circuit board refurbishment, and plastic deburring.

The synergistic effects of air-blast impact, cryogenic cooling, and sublimation-induced micro-explosions rapidly break down and remove contaminants, providing effective yet gentle cleaning that does not damage the workpiece surface.
High-pressure air propels 0.1–1mm dry ice particles at high speeds to mechanically dislodge dirt; the ultra-low temperature (-78.5°C) causes contaminants to contract and become brittle; and the rapid expansion (700–800 times in volume) resulting from sublimation creates an explosive force that blasts dirt off the surface.
