The circuit board recycling line includes a double-shaft shredder, crusher, grinder, vibrating screen, gravity separator, and electrostatic separator.

1. The double-shaft shredder is used to initially crush whole waste circuit boards into uniform small pieces, providing a suitable particle size for subsequent crushing.
2. The shredded material enters the crusher for further crushing, ensuring complete separation of metals and non-metals. It boasts high crushing efficiency and uniform output, suitable for various circuit board materials.
3. The water-cooled Mill grinds the material into powder. Both the inside and outside of the crushing chamber use a circulating water cooling system to effectively prevent high temperatures from affecting the separation effect. Continuous cooling ensures stable operation, prevents resin melting, and improves the purity of metal recovery.
4. A multi-layer vibrating screen performs fine screening of the powder. Particles of the correct size enter the gravity separator, while oversized particles are automatically returned to the grinder, achieving a closed-loop cycle and improving overall recycling efficiency.
5. The gravity separator utilizes the difference in specific gravity between metals and non-metals to achieve efficient separation. Copper powder, metal powder, and non-metal powder are completely separated, with a metal recovery rate of over 99%.
6. The non-metal powder enters the electrostatic separator for further separation of resin powder and plastic powder, increasing the utilization value of non-metals.
