Small Egg Grader

Introduction of egg grading:

The Small egg grader is mainly used to sort out eggs of different weights and sizes. Then workers can manually collect eggs from different grades and put them in different egg trays for convenient storage and transportation. At the same time, workers can pick out damaged eggs during the grading process. The grader can divide the eggs into 5 or 7 grades, which is essential equipment in the deep egg processing line. Ideal for egg processing plants.

1. The worker puts the prepared eggs on the roller belt and the conveyor belt starts to run to the candlelight portion.

2. Optical rays detect eggs and workers can pick out broken eggs.

3. The roller belt conveys the light-detected eggs to the weighing scale, and all the eggs are measured for weight.

4. The weighed eggs enter the grading section. Eggs of different weights will fall on different channels, and eggs of the same weight will fall on the same channel.

5. Manually collect eggs from different channels and put them into different egg trays. The entire work is completed.
