Onion Grading Machine

The onion grading machine is a roller type that ensures zero damage to fruits and vegetables. It consists of a roller feeding conveyor and a roller grading unit, both made from 304 stainless steel.

The fruit and vegetable sorting grading machine operates by grading according to the diameter and size of the produce. A stainless steel conveyor with uniformly transferring rollers gradually increases the distance between the rollers as they move in the same direction. This allows the produce to be graded from small to large, with larger items leaking through last, thus offering the advantage of high yield.

Generally, it can sort produce into 1-6 grades based on different diameters or sizes. We can customize the grades according to customer requirements.
