The passion fruit juicer machine is mainly composed of three back pressure rollers, two knife rollers, a transfer roller, a feed hopper, a slurry hopper, a peel hopper, a frame, a transmission and other parts. When working, turn on the power and pour the material into the hopper. The material first passes through the middle of the two knife rollers, and is pressed into the middle of the two knife rollers by the pull roller for cutting. The passion fruit with seed pulp is discharged from the pulp bucket, and the peel is further squeezed by three rollers and discharged from the peel bucket to achieve the purpose of collecting pulp.

 

The passion fruit juicer machine is mainly composed of a frame, a fruit cutter, a pulp scraper, a peel bucket, a pulp outlet, and a transmission part. During operation, the fruit is manually placed at the entrance of the fruit cutter, and then the passion fruit after cutting is placed on the pulp scraper to stop pulping, and the passion fruit with seed pulp is obtained. Except for the transmission part, the machine uses stainless steel, and the blades use high-speed steel.
