Machine Features
1. 4. The double screw commercial juice extractor is a juicing machine suitable for various vegetables and fruits. This commercial juice extractor uses the rotation of two screws with variable diameter and variable pitch to convey materials while using changes in volume to squeeze and dehydrate the materials.
Working Principle
1. The conveying screw pushes the material entering the material box to the pressing screw. By reducing the pitch of the pressing screw and increasing the shaft diameter, and under the action of the resistance of the screen wall and the cone, the material is pressed the liquid (juice) contained in it is squeezed out.
2. The squeezed liquid flows out from the sieve holes and is concentrated in the juice receiving hopper. The squeezed pomace is discharged from the machine through the end of the sieve cylinder and the cone.
3. A spring is installed at the rear of the body. By adjusting the pre-tightening force and position of the spring, the discharge resistance and the size of the slag outlet can be changed to adjust the degree of dryness and wetness of the press.
4. The spirals of the double-screw press rotate in opposite directions, which affects the material. The pressing force is large and uniform, and the cone of the slag outlet is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder. Adjusting the oil pressure can change the pressure effect on the material and adjust the juice yield.
