✅ Case 1: Chinese medicine residue processing plant - processing efficiency doubled, slag can be directly transported
Background problem:
The plant originally used single-screw pressing equipment to process Chinese medicine residue, which was not thoroughly pressed, had a high moisture content, high transportation costs and dripping pollution problems.

Solution:
We customized a double screw press for it, optimized the spiral gap and slag outlet structure, and adapted it to sticky Chinese medicine residues.
